Actually that statement is incorrect early sept it was Evti was pumped I received numerous emails on it actually. That's how i found this Evti pos. Oddly enough it was around same time a multi million share holder started all their buying up of EVTI shares.

Not all promotions are recorded. Companies like to try and hide them after so many failed attempts.

I'm sure in due time it will in fact hit that list as well tho. After all with the amount of emails I received on it you can't really hide a promotion for long.
