How is being late an opinion?

Multiple people spoke and emailed with Francine and were told "late this week, early next week" info will be released. None has been released....fact.

2nd Q FINS were due by 8/15 and a 10Q-NT was filed giving a 5 day extension....yet no filing....fact.

We are now just a few days away from the 3rd Q 10Q being late....fact. (Why would we expect to be filed on time when 2nd Q is still not filed?)

You have posted, and keep posting PAST facts that have been relied upon by many here; however, Francine has proven the caution given out to all investors...."Past performance does not guarantee future results."

As a result, it easy to conclude that nothing stated by Francine this year can be relied upon. Nor can the DD that backs up what she has told us.

Don't take my statement as saying that I called anyone a liar, I think what she has told us was in good faith and things just hasn't worked out the way she had hoped. With that said, "investing" in Boreal has to be done with ones eyes wide open because right now the pps is just as likely to see 3's by the end of the year as it is to see 10's again.
