To me the biggest mystery is why did Zalemark file the paperwork to cease operations in California - where their only "office" is located. Zalemark basically shutdown their business.

My best guess is that they did this because of the Jewelry TV lawsuit and settlement.

Look for Zalemark to file for bankruptcy to avoid paying JTV.

The Kodiak financing is contingent upon Zalemark filing a registration statement with the SEC - which would be impossible with them filing for bankruptcy - plus, Kodiak has a long history of stock purchase agreements contingent upon filing a registration statement and not following through with the agreement.
