I sort of read it as good news

it does buy some time and it shows the vultures who are trying to by the pipeline and other assets dirt cheap that the company does have some credibility in the credit market and can survive for now.

I am sure if Gary had an offer over $400m he would have taken it by now so offers are probably around $100-200m
