It just seems to me that when a stock trades 45% of its float and the price doesn't rise, then there inevitably has to be dumping/dilution. Plus there are so many 10k's on the ask which is usually a pretty good indicator. Not only that but on the companies last financial statement, there was $600,000 dollars of convertible debt that was due to convert.
