**Buzzy has some serious explaining to do:

- I've emailed several times asking for clarification on the proces; not one response. I called yesterday and no one picked up.

- My broker (Schwab) said they never heard of that method of share distribution and I should be very suspect. In fact, he offered to contact the SEC - I held off on that because I want to give Buzzy a chance to clarify.

- No number, etc for the CC? I mean, not rocket science Buzzy.

- No share ratio? I mean, according to the PR this starts Monday, why not announce the ratio? It's too late for new buyers anyway.

Look folks, I've been trading these stocks a long long time. And there are some serious red flags here. I am holding to see what happens, but that PR was amateur hour.

Sooner or later the SEC will step in and halt this if more clarification doesn't come up. They don't phuck around with these stocks anymore - if there is any doubt they halt and send them to the grays.
