Up until a few days ago, I thought yes. But seeing how much selling has been going on, somebody clearly knows the mgmt and has inside look that whatever news IS or MAY come, is clearly not gonna create any new interest. This is seriously becoming a total failure .. So depressing how this continually happens In OTC with no legal action
