Yes, they are both desperate shorts. They are getting their rears handed to them. Bottom line is the trial is going to take place, albeit with the FDA's input on how it wants it done. As such, VTL is still undervalued. Most recent insider purchase is $3.6 million dollars worth at $9.06. Fair value right now is $11-$15, a little less than my prior 12-18 range because the FDA will likely have more input on this trial.
