First of all, it's a proven design which is huge

Secondly, by your analysis new car designs would never hit the market because testing and proving the engineering feasibility, via computer programs , is not relevant. Nothing would ever be approved to be built, if it didn't pass a conceptual idea fase. Yikes people!!!
