Kaire Holdings Pursues Cross Marketing Opportunities

LOS ANGELES, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 9, 2003 -- Kaire Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: KAHI) has begun to identify and pursue cross marketing opportunities between the company's Small Business Financial Services group and its Pharmacy Services Group. Commenting on the marketing agenda, Scott W. Absher, of NeoTactix and Kaire's advisor stated that "the target markets for each group have similarities we want to capitalize on. The typical small business client for EntreMetrix as an example will employ fewer than 100 employees; where similarly the care facility groups served by the Pharmacy Services Group are staffed with fewer than 10 employees. EntreMetrix has therefore begun to prepare a specific offering of its services tailored to the needs of these same small care facility operators served by the Pharmacy Service Group."

Absher continued his comments by saying that "in a parallel pursuit, EntreMetrix through the small group employee health benefits program it provides for its clients is investigating the opportunity to offer a pharmacy benefits program to be delivered by the Kaire Pharmacy Services Group to the many small employee groups it currently serves." Concluding his comments Absher stated that "while both groups are distinct in their service offering it has been our goal from the start to pursue ways to leverage the opportunities of each of the Kaire business units to the benefit of the entire company."
