All toxic Debt has been retired….

"The new capital allows the Company to retire subordinate convertible debt, repay loans with interest rates as high as 27%, and provide the working capital to fund anticipated growth."

Thats the best thing about it…… .We have a year before we pay down our debt and the debt isn't Toxic… ......Its all about The Game Plan and Price appreciation now….
