Shakerzz...

EXBX closed at .20 cents. I wasn't expecting anything much today, but...when OTCBB comes, could be anyday...we move high due to the ton of money at the bid side under .20ish as this OTCBB move will force those to change their orders..imo.

Once MM's come on they will need an inventory, hence an increase in the bid, hence movement, hence increase in Ask, hence movement, hence MOMO players chasing!!

Just be sure you keep EXBX at the TIP TOP of your Radar. I do smell another SPEA run with EXBX....imo.

EXBX's software is revolutionary and not evolutionary and it is unmatched!!! I can't tell you how excited I am about this play. Their software has been VERIFIED and Validated by the National Institute of Standard and Technologies as well as OSR and Cosmos!

Be sure to start reading the PRS from November 2005 and DD the NIST and OSR and Cosmos and Homeland Security. http://www.exoboxtech.com/alliances.html

Today I called the TA for EXBX to monitor and check the status of the O/S to see if a change has occurred.

A/S is 500,000,000
O/S is still 10.9 million.

Confirmed that there are restricted shares within the O/S of 10.9 million but the lady at the TA could not disclose how many.

This is great news that there is also restricted shares in the 10.9 million O/S. This means that the float could be very very low. This should prove to be very explosive when the move to the OTCBB and put out some positive news and I anticipate positive news no later than a few months from here.

Note there will be some prefered shares to be converted to common, but I anticipate them to stay much in safe hands...imo.

Trading now at .15 to .50ish in grey. Again, they are going straight to the OTCBB and skipping the pinks (make no doubt about it, its confirmed).

*You can call the NASD OTC Compliance Unit at 240-386-5100 to confirm MM filing of 211 to go to OTCBB.

*You can call the TA (Cottonwood Transfer) to confirm O/S of 10.9 million at 801-266-7151

I'm very serious when I say this is going to be a very serious play unlike any that I have been involved in..IMO. Form 10 was filed in January and this company has all of their ducks in a row for a very serious run to many many dollars. No company dumping going on here.

It does impress me that EXBX is skipping the pinks and moving directly to the OTCBB. How many other companies do you know of that started on the grey and moves directly to the OTCBB?

Just called the TA: Confirmed O/S still at 10.9 million and there "ARE" Restricted shares within the O/S of 10.9 million.

This is not good news, this is GREAT News that we have restricted shares within the small O/S of 10.9 million!!

Question is how many restricted?

The TA could not disclose that information, but, this could prove to be a very explosive play once the MOVE to OTCBB occurs..IMO.

What is the float? Could be less than 5 million...boy wouldn't that be a hoot?

Eagle1,

TA (Cottonwood Transfer) to confirm O/S of 10.9 million + restricted at 801-266-7151.
