It's amazing what a few billion can make for your good name and reputation. <bitter grin>
I knew the guy when he was starting, and I followed him through his raise to fame.
He was a vicious, underhanding dweeb then, and didn't change much since.
I often wonder if he could have made his billions being a less toxic person, and many times I like to believe that his meaness was gratituous, and he would have succeeded anyway...
As for giving "away" money to charity how many people would do it if there wasn't a fat tax deduction involved?
