Because? World demand to outweigh production or Russia going after ISIS/ISIL with more vigor or what reason?

If Russia is allowed into Iraq which would be possible, never know what Obama and Putin talk about... it could be bad for Iraqi oil companies like this one but if more ISIL wiped out then a company like this can bring more to market with less risks... (as the plane bomb is claimed by ISIL)

Or worse for Saudi, they may go into civil war... that too is possible ...
