Just screaming buy or sell means nothing and intelligent investors/traders will (and should) ignore it. If you believe there is a catalyst to back up your opinion one way or the other then articulate it (revenue changes, specific balance sheet issues, dilution, product launches, acquisitions etc). Show some semblance of actual knowledge and others may listen.

As for STEV not reporting the 10K yet I have come to the belief that they must be delayed due to some Joint Venture or partnership that the Auditors are making sure get's properly accounted for. There is no way a standard 10K could take this long otherwise IMO. They have previously mentioned possible JV's or partnerships in PR's so there is basis for my opinion; for example:

From the Jan 15th PR:

Alternatively, we are exploring the possibility of partnering with a large pharmaceutical company that has extensive experience in either the pain care market or experience with acetaminophen.

From the Jan 28th PR:

We will continue developing our core business of farm management and post harvest processing which includes continuing discussions with our major Korean customer to establish a joint manufacturing facility in Vietnam and expanding our aqua culture production to South America to produce seafood for major US restaurant groups and European buyers.

From the April 15th PR:

"We also believe that commercialization of the cannabinoids, the IP surrounding the cannabinoids and the related potential medical applications provides opportunities to consider potential spin offs, joint ventures and other potential financial structures."

As much as I have been frustrated w/the recent stock movement I think George has big plans for STEV and has done a good job with the company so far (Stevia production growth, Wholesale and Retail Hemp products launched etc). I use several of the Hemp products (Hulled Hemp Seeds, Protein Powder) and am very satisfied with them. If my hunch is correct there are very exciting times ahead, unfortunately patience is required.
