From my previous experiences with the pennies - when offering the Feds submissions that alert them to a sinking, diluting stock, as it may feel good to get revenge - it may cause them to halt trading in a stock - which will result in a complete loss for every shareholder. I sold all shares the moment the RS took place. I am about ready to jump back in and ride AMBS up, which I believe can happen - or be ready to accept the pain if all goes south.
