Monarch America provides on-site training and oversees management for each of their client’s physical locations. Our management and consulting services include equipment selection, nutrient regimens and facility design, ensuring uniformity of quality and capacity in each location we manage.

Most state laws and their regulations demand that all retail dispensaries produce a majority of the marijuana they sell; and thus, a successful cultivation operation is the foundation of a successful retail operation.
