I do get the general picture...and exciting to ponder multiple
acquisitions but it sound a hell of a handful just doing one

being an exhausted Long, my concern is that there can be NEWS
before every lawyer is done etc...

my understanding is that negotiations are pretty well advanced so let's hope that means there can be no counter-bids from other
Acquirers

Could the Acquired be talking to more than one Acquirer?
