Everyone should set up a PACER account and learn to use it - it's incredibly useful when doing due diligence on these pennyscams, as most of the insiders have many past court cases civil, criminal, and bankruptcy in their pasts (as DaFoley does). It's also useful to read the official court transcripts - such as the sentencing hearing and colliquy - which is available at the relevant court - in this case, that's in the Federal Courthouse at San Jose.
