My point Doug is that some big investors are using this vehicle to buy distressed assets. At this price it's basically a call option on minerals. Not a real option but at 30cents you can buy 10000 shares put it away and look at it in 3 years.

It was created by Keith Neumeyer who has had a couple of home runs before.

It's being heavily promoted by many on line groups so one has to be aware and pick and choose their entry and exit. Anything with an .2 in front of it is a good deal in my opinion and I thing over the next few years pm should do well
