...it says right below this number, that this is based on 429 million shares issued. ...though really thats not true....as 114 million is not 26.4%....it would be more like 454 million OS - some 25% would be 114 million.

So i dont inderstand the company saying they have a 40% stake when in the latest 10k just out, dated the other day and October 28th, showing 429 million OS...but it says they own 114 million and 26.4%??? --- 40% would be what about 200 million shares that Dundee would own, so im going with the SEC filed 10k and not the company.

Either way - for a billion dollar company to own even 26% of ANY penny stock is a big deal....i like it!
