They could have followed the distributor announcement with several other non binding announcements of progress. The buzz would have taken it well above warrant issue levels! We went up .25 in two days and only had .25 more to go!! This could have been there. This is baffling behavior. So much so, it makes me think that there is something else going on.... They can't be this stupid can they?! I hope next week we get some explanation for these antics. I suspect we will not. It will probably be a 5 sentence summary..." we are proud of the progress we have made. We are close to completing a build of initial units (when? How many? Where are they going?). The shelf financing was successful to support on going operations. We are excited about the potential to work with our potential chinese distributor.
