Is it worse to release pr about potential products and services and then they never materialize or not release anything at all until this materialize and it is good to go? I have seen many stocks release info that end up as worthless information because they tell of everything they are doing. They go from this to that or is just a rehash of what they said previously with nothing concrete to show for it. Or is it better to be like this company and be radio silent with no indication whatsoever of what happens.
