Because No business should have that kind of control over a medicinal plant.

When an entity has sole power over distribution of said service or product due to either and or manufacturing process, patent, 'things' of the likes. Who would complain?

Now pot, is none of the above, so the entire solution as presented to the people was flawed from the start.

Say ERBB wanted to put a machine in Ohio, forget it, unless they were socially and politically aligned with said entity. That's tripe right there.

The wording on the bill also stated citizens would then have the ability to grow at home, with a valid license. It did not say drivers licence, so we were left to assume it means just what the rest of the bill stated. You need a licence from the corporation to grow at home. Dumb.
