Audits were done many months - indeed years ago. NTEK said they would be done in 2013, then they said 2014, then 2015, and now they don't even put any date on it. Audits have been 'done' many times, only no audits were really done at all. Three different audit firms were retained and then the first two quit on NTEK. The third has done nothing and may have quit also - nobody at the comapny can or will say.

In fact, we don't even know if any third audit firm was retained - there is zero official confirmation of it and no name. So it can be a ghost. Maybe it's another Foley shell - Royal Capital Group Accounting and Auditing, LLC.

BECAUSE AN AUDIT OF THE OBVIOUSLY AND UNAMBIGUOUSLY FALSE, FAKE, AND FRAUDULENT 'FINANCIALS' POSTED ON THE OTCMARKETS.COM PAID AD WEBSITE FOR NTEK EVERY Q SINCE 2012 PROVE SECURITIES FRAUD AND WIRE FRAUD, AND THE FOLEYS WOULD BE EASILY CONVICTED WITH THE EVIDENCE PRODUCED IN ANY COMPLETED AUDIT - AND THE CORPORATION WOULD HAVE TO RESTATE AT LEAST THREE YEARS OF 'FINANCIALS' AND BE SUED BY THE SEC, PLAINTIFF SECURITIES LAWYERS, AND THE DOJ - JUST LIKE SPONGETECH.

Now, shareholders were told in June that the NTGL audit was only days away, then in August it would be done in the next week, then it was by the end of September.

It's now coming up on mid-November and they don't mention that at all anymore.

Nor do they mention any draft of an S-1. Nor do they report to the SEC.

NTGL cannot be audited for the past two or three years WITHOUT also auditing NTEK, as NTGL was part of NTEK and it cannot be "born free" of the liabilities and accounting of the parent prior to the asset sale to HVEL.

Worse, the principal of HVEL has died and can't participate in an audit of the HVEL trading shell, which is also required for any S-1 to be declared effective by the SEC.

Soooo - NO AUDITS, NO S-1 for NTGL. No audits EVER for NTEK - except for an FBI forensic audit when they shut this scam down, which will happen.

NTEK is only a very slight off-boresight replica of SPNG. One morning, peeps will wake up and it'll be suspended and Foleys (and Wire Transfer) will be arrested that same day, as the FBI vans come to Kruse Dr. and the Foley homes and probably Ted Campbell's home also.
