that had to teach the lesson in english and then repeat it in spanish ? That's how it is in many schools in Colorado.Seems to me , it would take longer for the lesson and the kids that speak english arn't getting the full benefit of the education system.
your comment As to the number of Spanish radio stations, and the % of people that speak Spanish... so what? Since a foriegn language classes are required for most graduates of Universities and even High School these days, I imagine that number would be significant. Both of my children and myself would qualify I guess.
Sounds like you and your children speak english. Many in that study speak spanish but do not speak english and don't care to learn. That's the problem.
