Read the transcript but haven't listened to the call yet. Your description of management's manner is consistent with the other factors already cited (withdrawal of data, no new CEO, etc) leading me to believe that a sales process is well underway. It may happen sooner than I'd thought. I have confidence in Denner's judgment, I just hope he doesn't sell too soon for his own (i.e., Sarissa's) reasons. Pona sales will slowly grow over the next few years and it looks like Briga will beat Criz in first line. I'd like to see the pipeline mature a little before a sale, but also think that no matter what happens Denner will structure a reasonably good deal.
All in all we've come along way since the non-flash crash. It could have turned out much worse.
