BK you are not comprehending what Im saying in my posts. I agree time and money are of utmost importance, and I was one of the few that stood by the decision to go for additional indications when it was announced last November - and to this day say it was necessary. Milestone achievement WILL raise the stock price, period. Prototype completion will is a big one! Ive always assumed the financing was already in the works. I do not believe there are grounds for a lawsuit, but I know others think otherwise and at some point may lose patience and push for it. Management DOES have an obligation to its stakeholders to keep them informed, whether they, or you like it or not. Go back and read my posts and stop your bitching about other people's opinions you baby!
