M & A : can someone educate me on what










kind of WORK is entailed in the M & A process ?

I can understand a few of the obvious requirements....
and negotiations ...but..how much needs of the future
needs to be nailed down in advance ?

Would it include , for example, a detailed Business
Plan of the synergy/ accretion etc of the future ..?

anyone with knowledge or experience ??
