Please show me the post that was written that the SEC used verbatim in their complaint. The SEC probably was alerted to the shenanigans Treaty Energy has been doing and then performed their own investigation. Treaty cannot even run a bad scam. In every scam there is a little truth. Treaty has never been truthful. They cannot even pretend to run a business. No accounting, no TRRC filings and compliance, no regulatory reporting. Remember Treaty was kicked down to the greys because of compliance issues. They are just a bunch of corrupt lazy bastards that think everybody is a sucker. Will all the Treaty supporters still be here when the final guilty verdict is read? Or will they be ducking and covering? How anybody could support this stock after the self inflicted wounds, I cannot understand. This stock has never performed for the investor.
