DHOXQ effective Nov 5,2015 will change to DHOXD. One for 10 reverse split. Holders of ADSs will receive one (1) ADS in exchange for each ten (10) ADSs held and surrendered to the Depositary after the Effective Date. The ADS-to-Share ratio will remain unchanged. $0.01 per ADS Cancellation Fee.
