yes i totally agree,, with this good point for many to see...many thought this stock was a steal of a deal .. but really it has proven to be worthless...same group.

I already analyzed the financials in previous posts, and in the sticky.

It shows pretty much the same revenues that HPNN pretend to have been making in the previous years.
The only change, General Expenses are way down.

How comes expenses are down when launching new products ? Oops scratch the whole MMJ business which was entirely bogus anyways.

BigHorn, in the past years, PM discovered with horror that he had completely forgotten to pay his Consultant for 4 years in a row. Are you sure that all the Consultants fees are included in these accounts ?

What will be PM"s salary this year, will it be $100K, $150K or $200K ? Each year, PM waits till the end of the year before deciding how much he will steal.

Expenses have been $100K so far this year. Does this includes $75K of PM's $150K salary ? $63K of The Consultant's $125K salary ? Who knows ?

Those "results" only whows PM is messing with the accounts to make an apparent "profit" appear. That profit will disappear soon enough. Or HPNN will simply cease filing reports, as it has done so many times in the past.

"Most of that profit was made from the Licensing agreement between HPNN and Telepooch."
PM claimed a $150K signing bonus with TelePoch. Then he claimed it was "7 figures".

Q1 revenues were $148K, with a $85K "Cost of sales".
A contract bonus doesn't come with a "cost of sale", and ought not to be counted as a recurring revenue.
Furthermore, HPNN claims to have mared $793K of revenues last year, that's 198K per Q.
So, in 2014 Q1, Hop-On revenues were less than the corresponding YOY quarter .

So, these revenues would be congruent with White Label ecigs revenues, which was HPNN pretend business. Those revenues do not square with any plausible Tele-Pooch revenues or lump sump.

"People don't understand you don't need product to make money. "
No, you can make great money by peddling shares while pretending you have a business.
All old HPNN hands know that very well.

Microsoft makes over $2 billion in profit just from Licensing fees and that is just from ANDRIOD
Yes, and Microsoft will certainly sue any penny-ante company that purports to sub-licence M$ lucrative licenses.
