It would be easier for NTEK to just add three zeroes on the end of their AS and start using trillions - like Zimbabwe.

Instead, they are going to do a REVERSE SPLIT and take three or four zeroes OFF the number of existing shares and cram down current shareholders, diluting them to dust in the dilution game while the insiders grab more shares to dump into the flood of insider/financier shares that always follow these RSs.

NTEK shareholders are swamped (again) with another flood of newly issued shares post-RS
