seems like "the whiner ex-employee" from Chris and Pat's former Company was at least "partially" right
So there is an open Lawsuit against PHYY as Company and the former CEO Sebastian Dufont. And the new CEO has one attached to him as well.
Wonder why there was no mention of any of those active Lawsuits in the last SEC Filing before they decided to file their Form 15 (TERMINATION OF REGISTRATION)
No they obviously lied in their last SEC Filing:
