It's something that they aren't supposed to mess with. Can't service unless certified to do so. The FAA could tell you that. Ask the vendor who's responsible. Baltia is responsible for making sure it's done right and if it isn't they shouldn't sign off on it. It's the same when having something built. This vendor should have their certificate revoked by the FAA for not getting it right. Any other airline serviced by the vendor should be inspected immediately because their slides may not function properly also.
