I day trade from my Roth IRA at Scottrade. As long as my last sell order has cleared and is now in cash. I can buy and sell same day. If I sell that day and buy another that same day I am suppose to hold it for 3 days for account to clear he cash. I f you sell before you get a slap on the wrist, cause the trade commission views it as a free trade, and they will suspend your trading for awhile if done too often.
