an increase in OS resp. float is not that great....but in return that brings with these warrants significant money...and is max 350M while for a mid-size international cash flow positive company anything under 1B shares is nothing...no worries

if annual rev in 2016 is 100M and the OS should be 200M by then (doubtful) with a market cap of 3x the annual its still a fair pps of $1.5 (granted in this extraordinary situation anything can happen pps between 50cents and $5 for example)
