actual someone on either the RB board or PP board claims they emailed Oprah and got a response back if you believe that.....my bet still stands....there will be no xkem PR...maybe on the 6th but more likely will come out in form like before...from the nigerian govenemetn officials....don't listen to all the BS posters that have been saying PR's anyday now for the last 2-3 weeks...approval is done...launch is set...loan is a done deal....crossing the T's and dotting th ei's....ya right....just the pumper flippers at work
