I would say that is a true statement for further dividend declarations, I understood their intent was to distribute pending (outstanding) dividends prior to the end of June. However, I could have just been reading the words and interpreting what I wanted. :)

Quote "The Company can confirm that these Stock Certificates will be posted to shareholders by the Transfer Agent in and during this month." June 7th, I believe.
