Ev-Kom (Ev-Kom Telecom Mobile Technology Computers, Inc.) a new player in the technology and telecommunications field is the result of the union of The PhoneBrasil Group and Evolution Mobile. This new Delaware, United Stated based corporation assumed full control of these two entities, also acquiring all the key relationships and agreements with key providers such as VirFone, CW Global Solutions, key global telecommunications provider and the relationships with the OEM factories responsible for the Evo’s line of telephone handset and the soon to be unveil phone: TheGlass, the all transparent wireless handset with its own unique operating system.
Ev-Kom, assumed full control and responsibility for the partnerships and contracts previously held by The PhoneBrasil Group and Evolution Mobile. Taking responsibility for its telecommunications licenses in Brazil, Spain, all of the legal global patents, all client relationships, pending contracts and all assets held by these two entities.

Evolution Mobile:
Evolution Wireless is an independent entity, incorporated in the state of Florida USA. Evolution Wireless has secured several key partnerships, which allows it to offer telephonic services and products worldwide.
Evolution Wireless has an agreement to re-sell and represent some of the largest telecom carriers worldwide. This special partnership allows PhoneBrasil to purchase services at less than a third of their retail prices, while adding International long distance and the rights to offer telephonic roaming services in over 120 countries. The roaming agreement allows Evolution Wireless to offer unlimited domestic and international text/SMS (inbound and outbound) unlimited 2G data in these countries and voice calls at low controllable prices with free calls over WiFi (VOIP), where applicable. These packages have allowed Evolution Wireless to offer services in the US and to target multi-national companies with its international coverage abilities. Evolution wireless has marketer this partnership with several solutions called: Conect3S-USA, Conect3S-Brazil, Conect3S-Europe and Conect3S-Colombia. This is a proven solution, up and running with clients activated in the network.
Additionally Evolution Wireless has signed an agreement with an AT&T partner, similarly allowing it to re-sell AT&T’s services domestically and internationally. The AT&T rates are also a third of its retail cost; however the international roaming is more costly and metered. This partnership is a better option for US based clients. Evolution Wireless is utilizing this service for customers looking for higher quality and reliability in the AT&T GSM network. Likewise this partnership is up and running with active clients in the network.
Evolution has an agreement with VirFone a Florida corporation, with over 80,000 active clients which offers international long distance world wide from any origination, it controls and manages its own telecom switch and offers local international telephone numbers, allowing Evolution Wireless to offer its worldwide wireless services with phone numbers from any city in the world, this way incoming calls can be from Madrid, Moscow, Buenos Aires or Beijing. A client can have incoming and outgoing services anywhere in the world with telephone numbers from anywhere in the world plus low priced international outbound calls and free wi-fi and in-network calls, a great solution for “family plans”
A key piece of the Evolution partnerships is an agreement with the CKT group from China. The CKT group is one of the largest OBM factories worldwide specializing in high-end wireless handsets. The partnership allows Evolution Wireless to offer branded handsets similar in look and functionality to some of the top handsets say from Samsung and Microsoft. Evolution Wireless has gone to market with the Evos4S and Evos4 handsets, offering great quality stylish handsets with the latest functionalities and significantly less priced than major competitors.

Anderson A Dias is the Chairman and CEO of The PhoneBrasil Group, Ev-Kom and Evolution Wireless. He leads a worldwide team in creating the premier telecommunications and technology company in the world. He is the creator and developer of the company's line of wireless devices called Evolution, he is currently finalizing the development of the revolutionary line of wireless devices called TheGlass; which are fully transparent handsets with its proprietary and self-developed operating system.
