Hello everyone, long time follower, but I don't get here very often...

Regarding APDN...

I made a post to Seeking Alpha. I commented on the article "Applied DNA: 90+% Downside On Fraud Partners". Here is my comment;

"Hard to believe that Seeking Alpha allows such articles to be published. Seeking Alpha has lost much credibility by doing so. I bought more shares last week."

My comment was never published, and I received an email stating that my comment had been deleted. So I consider that to be a compliment. I replied to their email with a link to the article stating that the SEC has filed a lawsuit. How would you like to be sued by the SEC?

If you are feeling mischievous go on over and make a post to Seeking Alpha and let them know how you feel about them posting such crap.

I also spoke to my guy at Maxim Group, "We are buyers". They also suggested that I file a claim with the SEC, which I intend to do. They said that while some of the information in the article is true, it is old news and irrelevant at this point in time.

Are there any Class Action Attorneys around? Who wants to file a counter suit?

We need to be making a lot of noise about this, I know I am this is total crap!
