I don't dispute the guy was sick, but I do find it odd that he was "seriously ill" and reports to being on a sick bed taking rounds and rounds of meds and was unable to even read emails but he somehow miraculously knows that in just days he will be well enough to do a video.

If I'm on a sick bed completely down for the count and it's so bad I go completely AWOL, I would have no idea when I would be well again. But hey, I guess he's psychic on top of it all.
