I don't think what they did was a smart move. They may never convert all the shares by November 16. The only good think is there is a floor now to the shares. The pps may get stuck @.054 ranges, unless very good news come out. Why would anyone commit money above the floor knowing someone will dump 136 millions shares? I don't see it happening!!,hopefully I am wrong...
