"I’d like to turn our attention to the strategic drivers that I mentioned earlier and how we will operate and valuate our business going forward. The mission to deliver profitable growth to enhance shareholder value, it’s important aspect of everything we’re going to do. So I’ll repeat it, deliver profitable growth or drive profitable growth to enhance shareholder value.

The six supporting strategic drivers. Number one; establish VIP as an international premium brand; number two, utilize FIN and Vapestick as for additional retail brands; number three, expand profitably into non-traditional challenge. You will see that these first three strategic drivers are focused on the distribution network and how we will go to market. Its' an incredibly important distinction where most companies would look at each country, we are looking them at by channel. And that's a key distinction and it's a big opportunity we feel in this market.

The last three pillars; number four, strengthen the organizational talent pool; number five, become a low cost provider of the product; and number six, improve our working capital."
