The news is an important strategic linchpin for those of us in the know. But for the market at large, meaningless.
Also, it was presented a dry fact, no elaboration from management, no forward looking energy. Just their style, for whatever reason.

Hopefully, it's got some serious weight to it and not just a throwaway development.
