I'm back from holiday, got some news from Dr.Stucki:

John and I have both been out of town for over a week, sorry for the delay. I have never said the IRS debt would be paid by June 15th, it has always been the 30th. We are negotiating the penalties and interest as it is easier to negotiate before we pay them the principle. I thought I had done a good job keeping everyone informed. Business is strong.
