Since it's on the greys and non-compliant, we can't ascertain who owns the shares or the amount out there. If someone in China has majority ownership and is looking to merge and end up in a US exchange, this could be a prime candidate. Especially with at least 2 billion shares that don't belong in the OS amount that need to be accounted for.
