I'm taking a look at the new short reporting rule. It looks like to me that the rule take effect on July 3rd, but if you read the details, the first public info won't be ready until toward the end of July. Basically they are required to report to NASD by the 15th of every month. The NASD compiles the info and releases to the public within 8 business days.

I'd appreciate it if some others here would look at the rule and see if that's how they interpret it.
