Are they responsible for the company being EVICTED from their Florida Corporate Heaquarters? No, I think that was company management.
Are they responsible for all the LIES the company told? No, I think that was company management too.
Are they responsible for the failure of the company to publish the financial reports? No, that was the company's management too!
Are they responsible for this?
No! By golly, THAT was the company's management TOO!
It looks like the COMPANY MANAGEMENT IS TOXIC!
The CEO and BOD should be held accountable for their POOR PERFORMANCE. NOT merely "EXCUSED" by attempts to shift the blame to non-existent hedge fund "subcontractors". No wonder the company's going nowhere fast.
