OK…. Got in at 3AM and my Brain is still half asleep and Very “Full” from all that was taken in yesterday. My thoughts which are not grounded in any type of textbook accounting may seem foolish to a technical investor, but they are “My Thoughts” so take these as you will….

I was asked privately….. “Hi Madcat. Thank you for your impressions from the SHM. I appreciate you thinking of everyone back here on the board waiting for news and publishing on the 'go'.

In reading what you came away with from the SHM I have a question and I know the answer won't be cut in stone but rather your gut feeling on the matter.

You say - If we thought this was big, huge, think again - it is much much bigger!

I'm thinking Google big. Is that the kind of big you're thinking?”

My first response was:

Did not get in last night till almost 3am so just getting around and have not yet looked over board as a whole to see if your answer may have been answered. But in a word.... Yes.

If and I will admit it is a big "IF" Neom can execute their vision on the market which is unfolding then this will be much bigger than Googles current market.

I was then asked: Thanks for responding madcat. I see it bigger than Google also. But why do you say it's a 'big IF'? Are you doubtful or does it all just seem so overwhelming?

To this I figure I would put my “2 Cents” up for public consumption…

Lets face it.... this is a very detailed Dance they are in and there are countless other players large and small trying to be the last/biggest at the end. What does appear (shown in the presentation) clear is that at the moment Neom is the only player that has all of the needed parts from IP patents to Ad/Marketing specialist 12Snap/Sponge, hardware & technology with Gavitec/Mobot to the most complete open door to door platform in "qode".

There is a very complex myriad of actions to bring all of this to market along with being able to enforce our IP and be prepared for the rush which when it happens will probably be at rate that made Google’s growth seem slow....... So I would say that the term overwhelming is correct..... Yet seeing the task as overwhelming must be applied to any/all the competition and at this point it makes the acquisitions seem so perfect for bringing together the wealth of experience and PROVEN expertise at this perfect time to be prepared for the "perfect Storm".... as JP might put it to "Surf" the oncoming Tidal Wave..... smile

Not sure this is completely “Well” written and complete, but I need to get to work and out the door so take these thoughts for what they are worth…..

Tired Madcat wink
